Welcome to TGT20.

Here we shall explain what you shoud do, assuming that you are a participant of our workshop. Our web site includes all information we can give you. The following will navigate you.

1. WHERE YOU SHOULD GO

   TGT20 will be held at KYOUIKU BUNKA HALL (Education and Culture Hall) in Yokohama National University, YNU. Since Yokohama is one of the most famous cities in Japan, it is easy for you to find how to get to YOKOHAMA STATION.

   See [ACCESS] to know the route from the station to YNU.

   You will find many guideposts around the main entrance of YNU to lead you to the hall. We expect you will come to YNU on November 24th or 25th in 2008.

2. REGISTRATION

   As soon as you arrive at KYOUIKU BUNKA HALL, you should go to the RESISTRATION DESK, which is located at the entrance of the hall. The resistration desk is open from 8:00 to 18:00 every day during the period of TGT20.

   However, we recommend you to do PRE-REGISTRATION on November 24th to relieve the congestion of registration. The resitration desk will be set up by 16:30 for pre-registration and we will be waiting for your visit, preparing beer, wine, softdrinks and snack. Let's enjoy the eve of TGT20 together!

3. ACADEMIC PROGRAM

   The opening remark will start at 9:00 on November 25th, and the academic program will follow it soon. You can see the list of all talks and their abstracts at [TALKS] and the program at [PROGRAM].

   Each invited speaker will give a one-hour talk and each contributed speaker a 20-minute talk.

   We expect evey speaker uses a PC (Windows) with a data projector to present his talk in default. If you are not in default, please tell any staff of TGT20 early enough before your talk.

4. PARTIES

   We will have two official partites, WELCOME PARTY and MAIN PARTY.

   The welcome party will be held at a room in the same hall as the conference room on November 25th, the first day of TGT20. This will begin at 18:00. We will guide you to the party room after the academic program of that day. Every participant and companions may join this party free of charge.

   The main party will be held at a party room called SEIRYU II in Yokohama Bay Sheraton Hotel & Towers, 4F, from 18:30 to 20:30 on November 27th, the third day of TGT20.

   We charge for this party. Pay 5,000 yen for each person except students and 4,000 yen for each student at the registration desk. We will give you the tickets
