We have been organizing the workshop on topological graph theory in Yokohama National University annually for 19 years (usually domestic in every November) since 1989, and we will have the 20th in 2008. So, celebrating the 20th anniversary, we will have an international workshop for topological graph theory and its related topics. We hope the attendance of a lot of people over the world who are interested in the topic.

Topological graph theory -- and its related topics.
Mainly, graphs on surfaces, spatial graphs, geometric graphs on the plane and 3-space, discrete geometry, computational geometry and so on. However, we consider the scope of our conference more widely. Combinatorial graph theory also is welcome.

The workshop will have 60-minute invited talks and 20-minute contributed talks.

The proceeding of our workshop will be published in Graphs and Combinatorics. (We hope to publish it as Volume 26 No. 2-3 in 2010.) The authors who wish to submit a paper to the proceeding should send the paper by December 5th December 20th(2008) to the workshop office by email. (We can also receive a submission of the paper in the registration desk during the workshop.) Every paper will be refereed by the usual standard of Graphs and Combinatorics.
